About Naomi Lopez

Founder & Principal

Naomi is a nationally recognized healthcare policy expert with over 30 years of experience. She specializes in developing innovative policy solutions, crafting legislation and legislative strategies, and coordinating  stakeholder groups to drive legislative change at both the federal and state  levels.  She is the founder and principal of Nexus Policy Consulting and has held positions at the Goldwater Institute, Illinois Policy Institute, Pacific Research Institute, Institute for Socioeconomic Studies, and the Cato Institute. She is also the co-founder, alongside Joe Grogan, of the AI in Healthcare Working Group, a Public Advisor to the Paragon Health Institute, and a Senior Fellow at the Goldwater Institute. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity University, Texas, and an M.A. in Government from The Johns Hopkins University.
